SAVAGE DREEMZ CHARTER NDA: Khaireem Johnson as the owner (the “Owner”) of the vessel Savage Dreemz as described in Part I of this Charter (the “Vessel”, which expression includes all appurtenances, equipment belonging or relating to the Vessel), hereby agrees to let____________________________ charterer (the “Charterer”) of the Vessel hereby agrees to hire the Vessel Savage Dreemz to the terms and conditions of Parts I of Savage Dreemz Charter (the “Charter”). (The Owner and the Charterer are collectively referred to as the “Parties” and each a “Party”.)
PART I
1 Vessel Description:The Vessel is named Savage Dreemz.
2 Charter Terms:No shoes, Smoking, bribes or nonconsensual activities or drugs allowed. ANY ACTIVITIES THAT NOT APART OR AFFILIATED WITH DREEM FACTORY INC. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY DAMAGES OCCUR.
3 Area of Permitted Use: Upper and lower decks VIP stateroom(bedroom) Head(restroom) Salon(sitting area) Galley(kitchen).
4 TERMINATION: AT THE OWNER’S DISCRETION THE CHARTER AGREEMENT CAN BE TERMINATED BETWEEN THE CHARTER (SAVAGE DREEMZ) AND THE CHARTERER__________________________________________________WITH A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
5 The charterer: ____________________________________________________shall assume all risks and responsibility of any loss and or damage to the vessel Savage Dreemz.If any damage is done during the charter, except fair normal wear and tear to the vessel Savage Dreemz during the charter term.
6 Savage Dreemz: IS NOT HELD LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURIES,FOOD ALLERGIES AND OR IF DEATH OCCURRED.
7 Confidentiality: Charter Term of and after the expiration or termination of this Charter. Both Parties shall also consider the terms and conditions of this Charter to also be Confidential Information provided however it is expressly agreed that anything that happens or goes on shall prohibit either Party from disclosing this Charter.With respect to Confidential Information received by a Party such Confidential Information:
(i): shall be held in confidence and protected in accordance with the security measures with which such Party protects its own proprietary or confidential information which it does not wish to disclose.
(ii): shall be used by such Party only to perform its responsibilities including without limitation the services pursuant to this Charter.
(iii): shall not be produced or copied in whole or in part except as necessary for its authorized use under this Charter.
(iv): shall be returned to the other Party upon request or destroyed together with all copies when it is no longer needed or upon termination or expiration of this Charter.
(v): shall not be provided to any third parties except upon the prior written consent of the other Party. ___________________________________________________________Will be held liable and sued for defamation of named slandered verbally, text, social media or any news article platform of Savage Dreemz and or Dreem Factory.
8.THE BOOKIE (PERSON WHO BOOKED CHARTER) AND SIGNER(PERSON WHO BOOKED AND OR SIGNED NDA)IS HELD LIABLE AND RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE PARTY(GROUP).
